The Experience

Where serious professionals
remember how to create

This is not a vacation with a vision board. It's a carefully designed immersion that helps you gather what you've been quietly cultivating — and reconnect your creative instincts to your professional intelligence in one of the most beautiful places on earth.

I

Arrive & Attune

Day 1 is about landing — time to land, settle in, and find your favorite cozy nooks. Opening circle, communal welcome dinner. The pace slows down on purpose.

II

Excavate & Expand

Day 2 outlines your creative autobiography and reframes creativity as a leadership asset. Morning movement, workshop sessions, and an afternoon visit to a local almond farm with apéro under the trees.

III

Create & Integrate

Day 3 is your deep creation day. You'll work on your personal creative touchstone, build your sustainable creative practice, and have generous open hours to wander the village and explore at your own pace.

3 Nights at Le Petit Hotel

Private accommodations in a beloved St. Rémy hotel. Daily breakfasts and two communal dinners included.

Daily Mind-Body Practice

Morning yoga, breathwork, and somatic movement. Your nervous system comes with you — so we work with it.

Visit to a Local Almond Farm

An afternoon among the trees — or by the fire if it's chilly — with a Provencal apéro. The trees teach what you already know — that what is ready to be gathered has been growing in you for a long time.

Your Personal Creative Touchstone

You'll leave with something you made. Not a PDF. Not a deck. Something that reminds you your creativity is still alive.

Time to Wander & Explore

Plenty of time to wander into the village, sit by the pool, journal in a sun-dappled corner, hike up into the Alpilles, or explore the ruins of the Roman city of Glanum — at your own pace.

Intentional Small Cohort

A small group of professionals, carefully curated. The people in the room are part of the experience.

"

A harvest is not a beginning. It is the moment when a long, quiet season of growth becomes visible. Four days in Provence to gather what is ready in you.

Questions

Everything you need
to know before you say yes

Who is this retreat for? +
This retreat is designed for driven professionals — executives, entrepreneurs, physicians, creatives, educators — who feel a quiet sense that something is missing. You don't have to identify as "creative." You could just be willing to find out what happens when you slow down and make space.
What's included in the price? +
All programming and facilitation, 3 nights accommodation at Le Petit Hotel, daily breakfasts and 2 communal dinners, welcome kit and creative supplies, daily morning yoga and somatic practice, and a visit to a local almond farm with apéro. International flights, ground transportation to/from Le Petit Hotel, additional meals, and travel insurance are not included.
Do I need any artistic experience? +
Absolutely not. In fact, some of the most powerful breakthroughs happen for people who haven't considered themselves creative since childhood. We work with whatever you bring — writing, visual, conceptual, somatic. The form is less important than the impulse.
Can I bring a guest? +
Yes. You may bring one non-participating guest for an additional $500. They are welcome to share meals and social time with the group, but will not attend programming sessions or workshops. Please note this in your application so we can coordinate accommodations accordingly.
What is the cancellation policy? +
Full refund for cancellations more than 60 days before the retreat (by August 24, 2026). Cancellations 31–60 days out receive a 50% refund. No refunds within 30 days of the retreat. Travel insurance is required for all participants — full policy details must be shared by September 1, 2026.
How do I get to Le Petit Hotel? +
The nearest airport is Marseille Provence (MRS), with additional train access via Avignon TGV station — well-connected from Paris (Gare de Lyon), Lyon, Geneva, Barcelona, and London (via Eurostar to Paris). Many participants find it easiest to fly into Paris or Marseille and take the train. Participants are responsible for arranging their own ground transportation to and from Le Petit Hotel. We recommend arriving the afternoon of October 23 and departing October 26 after our closing session.
What should I expect from the application? +
The application takes about 10 minutes and is hosted on Google Forms. We ask about your background, what draws you to the retreat, and any logistics we need to know. This is a curated cohort — the application helps us ensure this retreat is a good fit for all participants. You'll hear back within 5 business days.
Is this a therapy retreat? +
No. While Dr. Kim brings deep clinical expertise that informs the safety and depth of the container, this is a professional development and creative renewal retreat — not a therapeutic program. It is not a substitute for therapy. Think of it as premium professional development with soul.
Are payment plans available? +
Yes. A $500 deposit secures your seat upon acceptance. We can accommodate a 2-installment payment plan (plus the deposit) through the balance due date of August 24, 2026. Please note this preference in your application and we will follow up with details.
